Recycle Canon Ink Cartridges

Those with any size printer know that the costs of ink and toner can sometimes be upwards of outrageous. Many consumers are wising up to the tricks of the ink and toner industries, who have been known for charging incredible amounts of money for what is essentially a cheap product: ink. Toner is not exceptional expensive, either. Furthermore, some companies have been spotted filling up their cartridges only one-third of the way to the top, or even half way full. Smaller amounts of ink keeps the customer coming back for more cartridges.

An alternative to these expensive cartridges is opting for remanufactured cartridges. If you are looking for canon ink, HP ink or any other kind of ink, you can find it for less if you look in the right place. Search the web for remanufactured cartridges, which are used cartridges donated from consumers like you. Next time you use up all the ink in your Canon ink cartridge, choose to recycle it instead of throwing it in the garbage. Then a different company can clean up the cartridge, repair any broken parts and refill the cartridge with their own formula of ink.

These cartridges are in turn sold at much cheaper prices than their original counterparts. That is because one uses 80 percent less energy and resources to repair a cartridge than to build one from scratch. Be sure that you are purchasing a remanufactured cartridge from a reputable source. You want a good quality ink formula and you also want a cartridge that is filled to the top. Check what other consumers are saying about the company you are researching. Or simply go by a trial-and-error basis until you find the company that meets your wants and needs. Either way, it is still cheaper than the local supplies stores that sell ink for more than triple its value.
